PEKAMOL VENTURES (NIG.) LTD is a limited liability company registered in 1992 for the supply, distribution and installation of quality medical equipment.
The company came into existence with the passion for the supply of genuine and reliable medical equipment, considering the fact that the medical equipment industry is highly dominated by illiterates and quacks, whose interest is to make fast money without recourse to the functionality of the equipment and it’s attendant effects to human life, and of course, the cost effect on the purse of the government and medical practitioners.

COMPANY’S BOARD
CHAIRMAN/C.E.O
The company’s board is chaired and managed by MR. EMEROKWAM PETER PRAISE, a 1986 graduate of Political Science from ILLAH in Delta State, and who has been in business for the past twenty five years in the medical equipment industry. He is focused, prudent and reliable. He is a well travelled man in the course of his love for medical equipment. He has attended several medical exhibitions within and outside the country e.g. Medica in Dusseldorf and Arab Health, Dubai, Hospitalar in Brazil, American Medical Equipment Conference etc.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
This department is under the leadership of DR. MELVIN GBEMUDU, a medical doctor by profession from the University of Lagos. He solely examines and recommends what will be imported and will be useful in the medical industry. He equally researches to know the new state of the art medical equipment so that the company will not be marketing obsolete medical equipment. He recommends equipment for customers based on their budget.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RESEARCH, PLANNING AND PROCUREMENT
The Executive Administration is headed by MRS. GRACE EMEROKWAM, a cross riverian, from Ekori, in Yakurr Local Government. A graduate of mass communications. She handles the day to day administration of the office.
GENERAL MANAGER
Our assistant General Manager is NICHOLAS OGBURIE, a graduate of Electrical and Electronics from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma. He was with LUCRETEL Nig. Ltd, a communication company before joining Pekamol Ventures Nig. Ltd, two years ago. He is a field engineer and travels from one teaching hospital to state hospital in Nigeria installing and servicing medical equipment. He has undergone training in France on our latest 4D Ultrasound Scanner with the manufacturing company, E.C.M. He has been trained in intensive care equipment and mortuary units and so many European and Asian countries.
MANAGER ACCOUNTS / ADMINISTRATION
Our administration and account department is headed by MR. JACOB OJONOJIMA . He is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic Idah; He has several years of experience in administration. He has taken courses within the country in his field of study and currently pursues her other professional exams.
